ABOUT RUN STRONG PROGRAM
RUN STRONG program has been developer for the committed individual looking to balance congruent strength training with progressive running performance.
Available with 3 levels to choose from: Base, Half Marathon and Full Marathon.

Base
Gradual increases in running volume/intensity, machine-based resistance exercises and basic compound movements. Focus on skill acquisition, stability and movement efficiency.
Half Marathon
Gradual running progression with base runs, intervals, and race-pace sessions. Strength training emphasizes compound/free weight-movements to complement running and a strong functional physique.
Full Marathon
Advanced running progressions, including intervals and race-specific drills. Strength sessions address muscular endurance to support long-distance running performance.
Each week of the program includes:
3 Run Sessions: Designed to build and taper to the peak distance of your program.
3 Build Sessions: Strength based sessions geared towards developing all out strength performance and building lean muscle tissue.
1 Aerobic Session: Specifically designed aerobic training sessions that aim to enhance cardiac output, promote efficient recovery, boost energy levels, and bolster your resilience against both disease and ageing.
1 Mobility Session: 20 minute mobility routine with the goal of improving your movement potential - focusing on flexibility.

You’ll need access to the essentials found in most gyms: barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, ergs, wall balls, and treadmills. For TRAIN, we’ve also incorporated machine weights (pin/plate loaded). Don’t have something? No worries - alternative exercises are always provided so you can crush every session!
